Home Renovation

In the past ten years, we have witnessed an increase in the number of home renovations. These renovations can include a simple kitchen and bath, all the way to a virtual new construction, utilizing only the existing foot print and exterior walls. With many of New England's finer homes in areas controlled by various aesthetic organizations, often the renovation of an older home, is the quickest and most cost effective solution. These renovations can also include expansions of existing space, or the addition of a guest house of carraige house. For the past twenty years, the Company has been building manufacturing, retail, and specialty use commercial buildings, typically for a single owner/tenant, but in some cases for developers leasing to one or more tenants. Applying the same level of attention to detail, and extensive experience with permitting, entitlement and other approvals, the Company can provide you with any level of service from project oversight to "turn-key" development services.
